* WRISTBANDS- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WRISTBANDS ARE SECURELY FASTENED BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING. LOST WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. THERE WILL BE A FEW WRISTBANDS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE DOOR FOR £20. THESE WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO SPECTATORS ATTENDING WITH A DANCE SCHOOL THAT IS BOOKED ONTO THE EVENT. DANCERS MAY NOT TURN UP TO ENTER ON THE DAY WITHOUT HAVING BEEN ENTERED IN ADVANCE THROUGH A DANCE TEACHER.

* TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY/ PARENTS & TEACHERS, PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP TO SCHEDULE BY LISTENING TO WHICH EVENT WILL BE RECALLED NEXT AND MAKING SURE YOUR DANCERS ARE READY. PLEASE HELP ESPECIALLY WITH YOUNGER ONES.

*PARKING INFO- THE VENUE HAS A LARGE CAR PARK WHICH IS USUALLY AROUND £4 FOR THE DAY. (DANCERS ATTENDING IN THE AFTERNOON, PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THERE WILL BE CARS LEAVING BETWEEN 1.30-2.15PM AS THE MORNING SECTION LEAVE). THERE IS ALSO ON STREET PARKING AROUND THE VENUE.

*FOOD & DRINK POLICY– THE VENUE DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO BRING IN HOT TAKEAWAY FOOD & DRINKS. PACKED LUNCHES ARE OK HOWEVER PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP THE ROOM TIDY BY TAKING ANY RUBBISH WITH YOU/ PUTTING IN BINS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THE VENUE WILL BE SERVING HOT & COLD FOOD ON THE DAY.

*MERCHANDISE– OUR MERCHANDISE STALL WILL BE THERE ON THE DAY WITH LOTS OF NEW ITEMS AVAILABLE- MAKE SURE YOU SAY HI TO KAREN!

*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH ALL RULES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.

*PHOTOGRAPH/ VIDEO POLICY– A REMINDER THAT YOU ARE PERMITTED TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS OF YOUR OWN DANCERS WHILST THEY ARE PERFORMING. IF ANYONE OBJECTS TO THIS, PLEASE SEE US PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT. DURING THE TEAM EVENTS HOWEVER, ONLY ONE NOMINATED PERSON IS ALLOWED TO VIDEO THE TEAM DANCING WHICH IS SOMEONE THE TEAMS’ TEACHER IS AWARE OF. NOBODY ELSE SHOULD BE VIDEOING AT THIS POINT.
